| Abstract | 「要旨」 ビジョントレーニングは, 特定の目的や手法のトレーニングを指し示すものではなく, 視機能, 視覚情報処理, 目と手の協応など視覚に関する能力を改善するために行われるトレーニングの総称である. 神経発達症や後天性脳損傷があるケースでは, 視機能や視覚情報処理の障害がみられることが多く, 日本でもビジョントレーニングの活用の試みも始まっている. 効果に関するエビデンスは示されつつあるものの, 視機能・視覚情報処理における障害の有無とリハビリテーション治療による改善の可能性を適切に評価することが重要である. 研究と実践の積み重ねにより, 日本でもビジョントレーニングの活用が広がることが望まれる. |
