| Abstract | 「要旨」2023年に, 脳卒中治療ガイドライン2021が改訂された「脳卒中治療ガイドライン2021(改訂2023)」が発表された. リハビリテーション診療に関する記載は主に第7章にあり, 総じて99の推奨がなされた. 今回の改訂では新たに6つの治療的介入が推奨され, さらにはガイドライン2021でも推奨されていた4つの治療的介入の推奨度が高められた. なお, 脳卒中急性期リハビリテーション診療については, 2023年に日本脳卒中学会から詳細な指針が発表された. 最新のガイドラインで推奨された治療的介入が, 今まで以上に実践されることが期待される. |
