| Abstract | 「Summary」一概に変形性股関節症といっても, 進行の度合いや生活背景などによって症状は様々である. 複雑な要因が混在している疾患に対して, むやみな筋力強化・可動域の拡大などといった短絡的な介入では十分な介入意義を見出すことはできない. セラピストとしてその症状にあった介入を展開していくためには, 変形性股関節症自体の病態を理解しなくてはならず, その手順を見極めていく必要がある. 本稿では, 変形性股関節症の病態を器質的要因と機能的要因に分けて整理をしながら理解を深めて頂き, 前・初期股関節症を中心とした具体的な評価, 介入の手順を解説していく. |
