Abstract | 「要旨」: 直腸癌に対する外科治療は, 手術術式と医療機器の進歩により, 腫瘍学的根治と患者のQOLの向上を実現してきた. 現在, 直腸癌に対する手術アプローチには, 開腹手術・腹腔鏡手術・ロボット手術・TaTMEの4つがあるが, それぞれ一長一短があり, 明らかな優越性は報告されていない. また癌の進行度・占拠部位, 患者の性別・体型, さらに術者・施設の状況はさまざまであり, 症例ごとにそれぞれの方法のメリット・デメリットを考慮し手術アプローチを選択する必要がある. 癌個別化医療の推進とともに, 直腸癌に対する外科治療も個々の病態に応じてより安全かつ有効な治療を提供することが求められている. |
