| Abstract | 「要旨」 : インフラマソームの活性化異常は種々の疾患発症に関与し, その1つに家族性地中海熱 (familial Mediterranean fever ; FMF) が存在する, FMFは周期性発熱と漿膜炎を特徴とする自己炎症性疾患 (責任遺伝子 : MEFV (MEditerranean FeVer) 遺伝子) である. 現在までの研究結果から, MEFV遺伝子変異を有する分類不能腸炎 (IBDU) 患者の約40%が現行のFMF診断基準に合致していた. MEFV遺伝子変異陽性腸炎患者に対するコルヒチン投与後の腹部症状改善率は77%と良好な反応を示し, 本疾患を既存のIBD群から分類する重要性が示唆された. |
