| Abstract | 「要旨」: 肝細胞癌の薬物療法はこの10数年で大きく様変わりした. ソラフェニブの分子標的治療薬に始まり, アテゾリズマブ+ベバシズマブの複合免疫療法と, 現在では6レジメンが使用可能な状況となっている. これらの薬剤をどのように使い分けていくかは, 患者の状態, 治療効果, 有害事象などを考慮の上選択していく必要がある. 実際どのように使用されているのかは, リアルワールドデータから明らかにされると思われる. 現在, Advanced stageの一次治療, 二次治療, Intermediate stage, Early stage別に数々の第III相試験が行われており, これらの試験の結果から新たな薬物療法の登場も期待される. |
