| Abstract | 「要旨」 : 日本における大腸癌死亡者数は増加の一途を辿っており, 年齢調整死亡率も近年下げ止まりの状態である. この状況を打破するためには, 国を挙げて検診の強化を図ることが急務である. 現在, 日本ではがん検診データの一元管理が難しい状況にあるが, 組織型検診の実現に向けて, 検診データベースの作成と全国がん登録との照合が可能なシステム構築を目指す議論を続けていく必要がある. また, 現在進行中の全大腸内視鏡検査 (TCS) の有効性評価研究の結果が待たれるが, 免疫便潜血検査を軸とした検診を継続しながら, 50歳代など特定の年齢層でTCSを組み入れる検診手法の導入に向けた準備を進めておくべきである. |
