| Abstract | 「はじめに」 脱髄性疾患は, 正常に髄鞘化した有髄神経の髄鞘が損傷, 破壊される疾患である. 本稿では, 中枢神経系に生じる炎症性脱髄疾患のうち, 多発性硬化症(multiple sclerosis : MS), 視神経脊髄炎スペクトラム疾患(neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders : NMOSD), 抗myelin-oligodendrocyte glycoprotein(MOG)抗体関連疾患(MOG antibody-related disorders : MOGRD)の3疾患に関して, MRIでの基本的な画像所見について概説する. 「I. 多発性硬化症(MS)」 MSの診断において, MRIは病変の空間的, 時間的多発を 示す方法の一つとして用いられる. また, 鑑別疾患の除外にも有用である. MRIでは, 病変はT2強調像やfluid-attenuation inversion recovery(FLAIR)像で高信号として認められる. |

| Abstract | This article reviews MRI findings of the autoimmune inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system ; multiple sclerosis (MS), neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD), and myelin-oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-related disorders (MOGRD). MRI findings are useful for diagnosing these 3 diseases and excluding differential diseases. It is important to be familiar with their characteristic sites and morphology. |
