| Abstract | 「要旨」 : 【目的】AI予測分析ソフトであるPrediction Oneを用いて回復期脳卒中上肢運動麻痺の予後予測モデルを作成し, その有用性を検討した. 【方法】対象は脳卒中患者279名とした. モデル作成用140名のFMA-UEスコアをソフトに読み込ませ, 予後予測モデルを作成した. 作成した予後予測モデルに検証用139名のデータを読み込ませ, 精度を検証した. 【結果】モデルの決定係数は0.8686であり, 予測結果と実際の結果の中央絶対誤差は3.4 (四分位範囲=1.2-7.8) であった. 【結論】AIを用いた脳卒中上肢運動麻痺の予測モデルは先行研究と同程度の精度が確認され, その有用性が明らかとなった. |
