| Abstract | 「抄録」本研究は, 看護系短期大学生を対象に, プレコンセプションケア(PCC)に関する知識及び健康管理の認識・行動とヘルスリテラシー(HL)との関連を検討することを目的とした. 看護系短期大学生175名を対象に, HL, PCCに関する知識及び健康管理の認識・行動等についてWeb調査を行い, 欠損等のない有効回答60件を分析対象とした. その結果, PCCへの関心は低く, 学習経験も限られていた. PCCに関する健康管理14項目のうち, 「こころを活動的にする」の必要性の認識においてのみHL群間で有意差が認められたが, その他の知識や健康管理の認識・行動には差はなかった. また, 健康管理の必要性を認識している学生は多いが, 行動には結びついていなかった. 今後, PCCの普及や学習機会の拡充が求められる. |

| Abstract | [Abstract] The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between preconception care (PCC) knowledge, health management awareness and behavior, and health literacy (HL), among nursing college students. The number of subjects totaled 175 nursing college students, to whom we administered an online questionnaire survey on their knowledge regarding HL and PCC, as well as their health management awareness and behavior. Of these 175 subjects, there were 60 valid responses (with no missing values, etc.), which were analyzed. From these results, we found that PCC awareness was low, and that subjects had only limited experience of studying PCC. Out of the 14 health management items pertaining to PCC, only in the case of awareness of the need to "be spiritually proactive" was there shown to be any statistically significant difference between groups with different HL levels; no significant differences were found in relation to other PCC knowledge items or health management awareness and behavior. Furthermore, although there were many students who were aware of the need for health management, this was not reflected in their behavior. There is a clear need to spread awareness of PCC and expand the provision of related learning opportunities in the future. |
