| Abstract | 抄録: 性的マイノリティの若者は, うつ病などの気分障害, 不安障害, 心的外傷後ストレス障害, アルコールの使用と乱用, 自殺念慮と自殺企図が多いことが報告されている. さらに, メンタルヘルスの悪化や自殺のリスク因子として, 家族との葛藤やスティグマ, 差別が挙げられる. 大学生においてLGBT学生への支援の充実が望まれている現在, 保健管理センターに来談したLGBT学生の事例を紹介し, 大学生活における課題や支援の方向性について考察した. |

| Abstract | [Abstract] It has been reported that young people belonging to sexual minorities experience many mood disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders, alcohol use and abuse, suicidal ideation, and suicide attempts. In addition, risk factors for worsening mental health and suicide include family conflict, stigma, and discrimination. Recently, university students have been expected to enhance their support for LGBT students. We have introduced examples of LGBT students who visited the health care center and considered issues in university life and the direction of support. |
