| Abstract | 「はじめに」当院は2020年3月よりCOVID-19患者の入院治療を行ってきた. 2021年10〜12月, 国内のCOVID-19発症が大幅に減少した時期, 当院でも2カ月以上入院対応は一時休止となり, COVID-19専任病棟看護師は他病棟への応援勤務となった. COVID-19対応に従事する医療スタッフでは, メンタルヘルスの不調を高頻度に認めることが報告されている. 今回, 対応休止期にはスタッフのメンタルヘルス所見は改善しているのか, もしくは不調を認め何らかのサポートが必要なのかを確認するため, COVID-19診療に従事している医療スタッフに対し, 対応休止2カ月後に質問紙調査を行った. |
