| Abstract | 「はじめに」超音波検査はX線で確認できない軟部組織が観察可能で, MRIやCTでは行えない動き (動態) が評価できるため, 近年, 整形外科分野においてその重要性が非常に高まっている. しかしながら超音波検査の正確性は検者に依存するとされ, 検査技術の習熟に加え, 対象となる病態に関して十分な知識を持つことが求められる. 知識として特に重要となるのが, 解剖の知識である. 解剖の知識に基づき, 皮膚の下にどういった組織があり, それがどのような状態になっているかを推測し, その確認として超音波検査を行うことが望ましい. この項では, 運動器超音波検査に必要な足関節における臨床解剖の知見を足関節外側と内側に分けて述べる. 「足関節外側」「1. 基本知識」足関節外側の超音波検査での評価が重要な組織として前距腓靭帯 (anterior talofibular ligament : ATFL) と踵腓靭帯 (calcaneofibular ligament : CFL), そして前下脛腓靭帯 (anterior imferior tibio-fibular ligament : AITFL) がある. |
