Abstract	〔論文要旨〕本研究は医療的ケア児の母親の在宅移行後における日常の生活経験の実態を明らかにすることを目的とした. 研究対象者はA市に在住し在宅移行後6か月以上経過している1〜10歳の医療的ケア児を育児している母親15人とした. データ収集は, 属性に関するフェイスシート, 在宅移行後の母親の生活経験, 児の医療的ケア, 育児について経験していることについて半構造的インタビューを実施し, 質的記述的研究法を用い分析した. 結果は, 母親の生活経験として24時間必要な児へのケアを行う, 頻繁に必要な生活のコーディネートを行う, 母親の生活安定のための支援を得る, 支援体制の不足から情報や支援が得られにくい, ケア以外の生活上の困難を感じる, 家族の協力体制の構築を行う, 見通しをもてないまま日々を過ごす, 困難を経験し生活の中で見出した感情を抱えるの8カテゴリーと42サブカテゴリーが抽出された. 母親は, 児の医療的ケアのみならず, 頻繁な生活のコーディネートや自ら支援を得られるような働きかけを経験していた. しかし, 地域の支援体制の不足から支援や情報が得られにくく, 困難感を感じている状況であった. そのため, 医療的ケア児とその家族の生活全体を調整する役割を担う者が求められている. 今後は, そのような役割を担える医療的ケア児等コーディネーターの育成および活動を支える体制整備が求められる.

Abstract	[Summary] This study aims to clarify the daily life experiences of mothers caring for children requiring medical care after transitioning to home. The participants were 15 mothers residing in City A, raising 1- to 10-year-old children requiring medical care, with at least 6 months or more having passed since the transition to home care. Data collection involved a demographic information, semi-structured interviews regarding the mothers' life experiences post-transition to home care, the children's medical care, and child-rearing practices. The data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive research method. The results identified eight categories and forty-two subcategories reflecting mothers' life experiences. including [Providing 24-hour necessary care for the child], [Frequently performing necessary life coordination], [Obtaining support for the stability of the mother's life], [Facing difficulty obtaining information and support due to inadequate support systems], [Experiencing difficulties in daily life in addition to caregiving], [Building a family cooperation system], [Spending each day without being able to envision the future], and [Embracing emotions derived from challenges and life experiences]. Mothers not only managed their children's medical care but also frequently coordinated daily life and sought support for their own stability. However, due to inadequate regional support systems, they faced challenges in getting necessary support and information, leading to a sense of difficulty. The findings highlight the need for individuals capable of coordinating the overall lives of children requiring medical care and their families. Moving forward, developing such coordinators and establishing systems to support their activities will be essential.
