| Abstract | 心因性失声事例に対する言語聴覚士 (以下ST) による音声治療経過における患者の心理的な変化と行動変容過程の関係性について考察した. STが音声治療で有響音を誘導することで, 声帯の器質的な異常がないことを事例自身に理解させた. その結果, 失声症状は心理的な要素が原因であると事例が自覚し, 自己洞察が可能となった. STと耳鼻咽喉科医師, 精神科医師との連携, 事例自身の治療への協力によって治療の効果につながったと考察した. |

| Abstract | <ABSTRACT> This study analyzed the process of voice therapy provided by a speech-language-hearing therapist (ST) for individuals with psychogenic aphonia. Additionally, this study determined factors that contribute to the improvement of symptoms. With awareness of being able to vocalize by voice therapy, the ST helped the case understand the absence of organic abnormality in the vocal cords. Additionally, the individual realized that their aphonia was caused by psychological factors. This encouraged enhancement of self-insight. It is considered that effectiveness of the therapy is due to the awareness of psychological factors that is enhanced by voice therapy provided by the ST. Additionally, we considered that the collaboration between the ST, otolaryngologist, and psychiatrist along with the individual's cooperation during the treatment led to the effectiveness of the treatment. |
