| Abstract | 「要旨」攻撃的行動の著しい認知症のクライエントに対し, 「認知症高齢者の絵カード評価法」と「人間作業モデルスクリーニングツール」を用いて行動心理症状に潜在化するニーズを評価し, 人間作業モデルに基づき作業適応を支援していった. その結果, 支持的環境のなかでセルフケアの遂行が可能となり, 生産的日課の構築や趣味の獲得といった変化によりニーズが満たされ, 行動心理症状の軽減につながったことから, 人間作業モデルに基づく介入の有効性が示唆された. また, BPSDに潜在化したニーズを捉えていくためには, クライエントによって語られる作業の文脈や観察, 情報収集などから, 作業参加の全体像を評価することとBPSDのなかで表出された発言や表情, 行動などを手掛かりに主観的体験を理解していくことが重要であると考えられた. |

| Abstract | [Abstract] For a client with dementia who showed significant aggressive behavior, we assessed the latent needs of behavioral and psychological symptoms using the "Assessment by the Picture Card for the Elderly with Dementia" and the "Model of Human Occupation Screening Tool", and supported occupational adaptation based on the Model of Human Occupation. As a result, the client was able to carry out self-care in a supportive environment, and needs were fulfilled by making changes such as constructing productive daily routines and acquiring hobby roles, which led to reduction in behavioral and psychological symptoms. These results suggest the effectiveness of the intervention based on the Model of Human Occupation. In addition, in order to understand the latent needs in BPSD, it was considered important to assess the whole picture of occupational participation from the context of the occupation described by the client, observation, and information gathering, as well as to understand the subjective experience using cues such as statements, facial expressions, and behaviors expressed in BPSD. |
