| Abstract | 「要旨」退院指導時の生活指導における患者の生活に変化をつくりだすための看護の特徴を明らかにすることを目的に, 質的記述的デザインで, 退院指導時の生活指導において, 患者の生活に変化をつくりだすことができた経験を持つ看護師6名に対して半構造化インタビュー調査を行い分析した. 語られたインタビュー内容の逐語録から, 看護師の見た事実・言動・認識を抽出してその特徴を分析した. その結果, 退院指導時の生活指導における患者の生活に変化をつくりだすための看護は「患者から見た意味の理解」からはじまり, 「患者の可能性を見続けることができる視点」で患者のポテンシャルや可能性を見いだし, 患者が自らの可能性やポテンシャルを最大限に発揮できるように関わり続ける中で「看護師と患者の相互作用と目標像の一致」することで, 患者の力を最大限に発揮した新しい生活様式を患者が獲得していく. その様なプロセスをたどるという特徴があった. |

| Abstract | [Abstract] The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of nursing care that create changes in patient's lives during discharge guidance. A qualitative descriptive design was used to analyze semi-structured interviews with six nurses who had experience in creating change in patient's lives during discharge guidance. This process was characterized as follows. As a result, nursing care to create changes in patient's lives during discharge guidance begins with "understanding the meaning from the patient's perspective," finds the potential and possibilities of the patient from "a perspective that allows the nurse to continue to see the patient's potential," and helps the patient to maximize their own potential and possibilities. Through continuous involvement, "the interaction between the nurse and patient and the agreement of their goals," the patient acquires a new way of life that maximizes his or her abilities. |
