| Abstract | 「要旨」「目的」 : 病院の外来看護師による在宅療養支援に関する先行研究から, 病院における外来看護師の業務及び役割への示唆を得ることである. 「方法」 : 医学中央雑誌Web版ver.6を使用し, 病院の外来看護師による在宅療養支援に関する文献検討を行った. 「結果」 : 病院の外来で行う在宅療養支援の「支援内容」は, 病状及び医療処置への支援, 療養生活継続のための支援, 意思決定支援, 多職種協働の支援の4つが実施されていた. 在宅療養支援の質向上及び支援の遂行上必要な「間接的な業務」として, 情報収集, 支援体制の整備, 業務用ツールの活用の3つが実施されていた. 「結論」 : 外来看護師は在宅療養支援として, 外来患者及び家族への支援に加え, 在宅療養支援を提供するために多職種が協働するための支援を実施していた. |

| Abstract | [Abstract] [Objective :] To obtain suggestions for the tasks and roles of outpatient nurses in hospitals from previous research on home care support by hospital outpatient nurses. [Method :] A literature review on home care support by hospital outpatient nurses was conducted using the Ichushi web version 6. [Results :] The "support content" of home care support provided by hospital outpatient clinics consisted of four areas : support for medical condition and medical treatment, support for continuing medical treatment, decision-making support, and support for multidisciplinary collaboration. The "Indirect tasks" necessary for improving the quality of home care support included three areas : information gathering, establishing a support system, and utilizing work tools. [Conclusion :] In addition to supporting outpatient patients and their families, outpatient nurses also provided support for multidisciplinary collaboration to provide home care support. |
