| Abstract | 「1. はじめに」アトピー性皮膚炎, 喘息, 食物アレルギー, アレルギー性鼻炎などのアレルギー疾患は, 小児期での有病率が高く, 子どもにとって非常に大きな健康, 生活上のリスクとなっている. 特に小児期には複数のアレルギー疾患が高率に合併するが, これらが年齢をおって次々と発症してく様はアレルギーマーチと称されている. アレルギーマーチは, 一つのアレルギー疾患を発症すると, 他のアレルギー疾患発症のリスクが高いことを表しているとも言える. そこで, すでにアレルギー疾患を発症している児が他のアレルギー疾患を発症することや, アレルギーマーチのハイリスクと考えられる児がアレルギー疾患そのものを発症することを抑制すること, すなわちマーチの進行を食い止める試みがなされてきた. |
