| Abstract | 「要旨」本研究の目的は, 社会参加している認知症高齢者の自己効力感と外的要因を明らかにし, 認知症高齢者の社会参加支援を検討することである. 社会参加している認知症高齢者とその家族介護者に半構造化インタビューを行い, フレームワーク・アプローチによる質的帰納的分析を行った. その結果, 自己効力感は【認知症に脅かされず自分らしさが発揮できる確信】であり, 外的要因は【認知症高齢者に対する家族や周囲の人の理解と言動】, 【送迎支援】, 【社会参加するときに信頼できる人とその誘い】, 【認知症高齢者や家族の希望に沿った自由に参加できる社会参加の場】であった. 認知症高齢者の社会参加支援は, 自己効力感を高める外的要因の提供や整備, 社会参加によって得られる基本的欲求の実現が実感できるような支援, 認知症である自己の認識を変化させ, 認知機能低下に伴う生活の対処が可能になるような他者との交流支援が必要と考えられた. |

| Abstract | [ABSTRACT] The objective of this research is to clarify the self-efficacy and external factors of elderly people with dementia who are participating in society to consider ways for supporting social participation by elderly people with dementia. Semi-structured interviews were held with elderly people with dementia who are participating in society and their families, and a qualitative inductive analysis was conducted using a framework approach. The results showed that self-efficacy is [the confidence to be oneself without fearing dementia] and that the external factors are [the understanding as well as the words and actions of the family and people around the elderly person with dementia], [transportation assistance], [being accompanied by a trustworthy person when participating in society], and [opportunities to freely participate in society in the way desired by the elderly person with dementia and their family]. Social participation support for elderly people with dementia requires the provision and maintenance of the external factors that increase the sense of self-efficacy, support to allow the affected persons to recognize the realization of basic needs obtained through social participation, changing the perception of the individual with dementia, and support for interaction with other people to allow the affected persons to be able to deal with life accompanying the decrease in cognitive function. |
