| Abstract | 「要旨」「目的」: ICU看護師の看護実践の質とその影響要因を検討する. 「方法」: 東北, 北海道のICUに就業する看護師633名に質問紙調査を行った. 測定用具には「看護実践の卓越性自己評価尺度 - 病棟看護師用 -」を用いた. 「結果」: 386部(回収率61.0%)のうち欠損がない302部(有効回答率78.2%)を分析対象とした. ICU看護師の看護実践卓越性合計平均点は129.4(±16.3)点であり, 高得点領域の看護師は71名(23.5%)であった. 高得点領域の看護師は, ICU勤務歴が長く, 大学院修了者, 専門看護師, 認定看護師, プリセプター経験者が多かった. ICU看護師の看護実践の質に影響する要因は, ICU看護実践の「ニーズをとらえる力」, 「ケアする力」, 自律性下位因子の「実践能力」が抽出された. 「結論」: ICU看護師の看護実践の質には, 勤務期間やキャリアよりも日々の看護実践が影響することが明らかとなった. |

| Abstract | [ABSTRACT] [Objective]: The purpose of this study was to clarify the quality of nursing practice of intensive care unit (ICU) nurses, as well as the factors that affect said quality. [Methods]: A questionnaire survey was conducted on ICU nurses in the Tohoku and Hokkaido regions of Japan. Nursing practice quality was assessed using the Nursing Excellence Scale in Clinical Practice (NES). [Results]: A total of 302 nurses from 42 institutions were included in the analysis. The mean NES score was 129.4 (+- 16.3) points, and there were 71 nurses (23.5%) who engaged in high quality nursing practice. Nurses with high scores had long histories of working in the ICU, and many had graduate school degrees, were specialists or certified nurses, and had preceptor experience. The factors that affect nursing practice quality were clarified as follows: ability to understand patient needs and ability to provide care in the category of ICU nursing practice; and practical ability in the category of professional autonomy. [Conclusion]: The quality of nursing practice has a greater influence on the daily nursing practice of ICU nurses, compared to the length of their careers or their career paths. |
