| Abstract | 「I はじめに」 近年, 高齢化社会の到来とともに我が国における心不全患者の増加が指摘されている. 心不全は様々な循環器疾患の終末像であり, いまだその予後も悪性腫瘍と匹敵するくらい不良である. 心不全の薬物治療に関しては, 有症状の収縮力の低下した心不全(Heart Failure with Redued Ejection Fraction : HFrEF)においては, アンジオテンシン変換酵素阻害薬(ACEI)あるいは認容性がなければアンジオテンシンII type 1受容体阻害薬(ARB), β遮断薬, ミネラルコルチコイド受容体拮抗薬(MRA)が予後改善効果を有することから, これら3つのクラスの薬剤が日本を含む各国のガイドラインにおいて使用が推奨されている. これら薬剤はHFrEF患者の予後を改善したものの, その改善はいまだ不十分であり, 新たな心不全治療薬の登場強く望まれている |
