| Abstract | 高度催吐性リスクレジメンの制吐療法におけるオランザピン2.5mg/dayの安全性・有効性を添付文書記載の5mg/dayと後方視的に比較した. 傾向スコアマッチングした対象患者において, 傾眠は5mg/day群38名中10名(26%), 2.5mg/day群19名中2名(11%)で観察され(p=0.30), 悪心は5mg/day群で15名(39%), 2.5mg/day群で6名(32%)であった(p=0.77). さらに, 傾向スコアマッチング前の5mg/day群(59名)を対象としたロジスティック回帰分析では, 女性が傾眠のリスク因子として抽出された(オッズ比=4.08, p=0.049). 以上, 5mg/dayと2.5mg/dayで悪心の発現率に有意差は認められず, 傾眠は2.5mg/dayで軽減される傾向が示された. 女性では, 2.5mg/day投与も選択肢になり得る. 「緒言」がん化学療法誘発による悪心・嘔吐(chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting:以下, CINV)は, 患者の生活の質の低下に関連する主要な有害事象である. |
