| Abstract | 「はじめに」2004年初めて「脳卒中治療ガイドライン」が刊行され, 以降2009年, 2015年にガイドラインの大改訂がなされてきた. しかし, 5〜6年ごとの改訂では, 最新エビデンスと最新ガイドラインの乖離が大きくなってしまうことが問題となり, 「脳卒中治療ガイドライン2015」発刊以降は, 2年ごとの追補を行い, 直近は「脳卒中治療ガイドライン2015〈追補2019対応〉」(以下, 追2019)であった. 2021年7月, 筆者が臨床疫学担当委員としてかかわった「脳卒中治療ガイドライン2021」(以下, GL2021)が刊行された. このGL2021が追2019までと大きく異なる点は, 以下の4点である. 「1. Minds診療ガイドライン作成マニュアルの部分的採用」諸事情を勘案した結果「Minds診療ガイドライン作成マニュアル2017」の導入は部分的とした. |
