| Abstract | 「はじめに」本稿では, テイコプラニン (teicoplanin : 以下, TEIC) の以下に示す改訂のポイントについて解説する. (1) バンコマイシン (vancomycin : 以下, VCM) はトラフ値からarea under the time concentration curve (以下, AUC) -ガイドの評価に変更されたが, TEICは, 副作用が問題とならないこと, AUC-ガイドの臨床的有用性のエビデンスがないことから, 引き続きトラフ値による評価が推奨されている. (2) 海外の成書では, 通常のメチシリン耐性黄色ブドウ球菌 (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus : 以下, MRSA) 感染症ではトラフ値≧10g/mL, 複雑性感染症ではトラフ値≧20μg/mLが推奨されている. |
