Abstract	「要旨」 : 大腸手術は, 消化器手術の中でも手術部位感染の頻度が高い術式である. 大腸手術における周術期感染対策について, 当院で主に施行している術前, 術中, 術後対策について概要を述べる. 術前に必要な処置としては, 抗菌薬投与, 術前腸管処置, 術中処置としては, 術野消毒, 創縁保護器具の使用, 手術器具の交換について最近のエビデンスを加えて概説する.

Abstract	Colorectal procedure is one of the most frequent occurrences of surgical site infections in gastrointestinal surgeries. We show the perioperative management for prevention of surgical infection. In other words, we explain about perioperative oral care, preoperative bowel preparation, antimicrobial prophylaxis, antiseptic of surgical field, and instrument change.
