| Abstract | 要旨: 目的: 近年の文献をもとに, 一般病床に入院している高齢者への身体拘束の予防・低減に有効な看護を探索的に検討することを目的とした. 方法: 医学中央雑誌web版を用いて, 2019年から現在までの文献レビューを実施した. 結果: 136文献が検出され, 2段階のスクリーニングを経て13文献が対象となった. 文献から明らかとなった身体拘束を予防・軽減に有効な看護は, 【対象者中心の関わり】【拘束・抑制しないための関わりをチーム・組織で徹底して行う】, 【看護管理者が身体拘束予防・軽減に取り組む】と3つのカテゴリーから構成された. 近年の傾向として多職種連携や研究的取り組みが多く見られた. 今後の課題としては, 拘束の種類やデータ収集をする対象資料を揃えて, 研究的に分析することや他部門へも働きかけられる看護管理者の取り組みが望まれる. |

| Abstract | Abstract: Purpose: A literature review was conducted as an exploratory examination of effective nursing care for the prevention and reduction of physical restraints for the elderly hospitalized in general hospital. Methods: A literature review from 2019 to the present was conducted using the web version of Medical Central Journal. Result: A total of 136 articles were identified, 13 of which were selected through a two-stage screening process. As a result of integrating the contents of previous research, three categories were generated: object-centered involvement, engage thoroughly in the team organization so as not to restrain or restrain, and nursing managers work to prevent and reduce physical restraints. In recent years, there have been many multidisciplinary collaborations and research initiatives. As future issues, it is desirable to analyze unified constraint types and data materials from a research perspective, and to encourage of nursing managers to other departments. |
