| Abstract | 尺骨遠位端骨折は大抵橈骨遠位端骨折に合併し, 橈骨遠位端骨折が適切に整復固定されると, 尺骨遠位端骨折は保存的に加療されうる. 今回当院における橈骨遠位端骨折手術に合併した尺骨遠位端骨折の治療成績を検討した. 2014-2022年, 当院橈骨遠位端骨折手術1542例に合併した茎状突起骨折を含む尺骨遠位端骨折760例. 尺骨遠位端骨折の内, 茎状突起単独骨折722例中33例手術が施行され2例に偽関節を生じた. 一方茎状突起単独骨折を除く尺骨遠位端骨折は224例で, 治療は尺骨に対し手術無し60例, 鋼線固定術71例, プレート固定術93例であった. 茎状突起単独骨折を除く尺骨遠位端骨折224例中骨癒合遷延例は22例21名に見られ, 手術無し5例, 鋼線固定術6例, プレート固定術11例であった. 尺骨遠位端骨折骨癒合遷延例21名は, 男3名平均年齢61.0歳, 女18名平均年齢84.6歳で, 高齢女性が多かった. |
