| Abstract | 「要約」病期の告知を受けた患者に対し, フィンクの危機理論モデルに合わせた介入を行いながら, 患者がその後の治療や生活について自ら意思決定できるように関わった. 徐々に自分の「大切にしていること」や「希望」を表出し, 退院後の療養を決めることができた. 告知後のケアを行うことは, 危機介入だけではなく患者の意思決定支援となり, 最後までその人らしい生活を送ることに繋がる. |

| Abstract | An eldly patient with suspicious lung cancer was involved in interventions tailored to Fink's crisis theory model for patients who had been diagnosed with cancer, while helping them make their own decisions about their subsequent treatment and life. Gradually, she was able to express her "values" and "hopes" and decide on her medical treatment after being discharged from the hospital. Providing care after the announcement is not only crisis intervention, but also supports the patient's decision-making, leading to a life that is unique to the patient. |
