| Abstract | 「要旨」 本研究では, 障害児家族支援に資するため, 障害児の兄弟姉妹(以下, きょうだい児)を育てる親の悩みについて, 質問紙調査を実施した. 全国30カ所の関係機関から得た659の有効回答を分析した結果, 88.5%の親が悩んでいることが示された. 障害児の障害種4群(身体障害, 重度・重複障害, 知的障害, 発達障害), 及び, きょうだい児の年齢4群(幼・小・中高・成人)を独立変数として比較したところ, 低年齢きょうだい児を育てる親群において, 悩みがある者の数が期待値より有意に多く, 障害の重い子どものきょうだい児を育てる場合, 特にその傾向が顕著であった. 悩み内容の選択率には, 年齢別, 及び障害種別による有意差が見られたものの, 共通して上位を占めた悩みはきょうだい児と周囲との関係性への懸念であった. また, 親が学びたいと願う内容は, 各群とも親なき後に関するきょうだい児との協議方法であり, きょうだい児の現状よりも将来の障害児との生活に対する安心に関心がある親の思いが明らかとなった. |

| Abstract | [Abstract] This study sought to clarify the concerns and worries of parents raising the siblings of children with disabilities in order to contribute to family support. 659 anonymous parents belonging to 30 organizations answered the questionnaire which asked about their concerns and worries in the care of siblings. 88.5% parents had concerns and worries in raising siblings. In the group of the parents raising young siblings, there were significantly many numbers of parents who had concerns and worries. This tendency was especially noticeable for parents raising the siblings of children with severe disabilities. The most serious issue which the parents had was, "How should we do when the siblings face harassment and bullying from other people because of their brothers and sisters with disabilities?". Despite this, most parents wanted to know how to talk to the siblings about caring for children with disabilities after they died. This result suggests that parents are concerned about the siblings, but more about the stable future life of children with disabilities than the current issues of the siblings themselves. |
