| Abstract | 〔論文要旨〕これまでに, 上腕への筋肉注射による局所の合併症として, 腋窩神経や橈骨神経の障害, そしてSIRVA (Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration) が報告されている. 現在, 新型コロナワクチンの接種のため筋肉注射の機会が増えており, 筋肉注射後のこれらの合併症の発生を最小限にするために, 不適切な部位への接種を避けることが求められている. 本稿では, 解剖構造に基づいた安全な三角筋内への筋肉注射部位について報告する. |

| Abstract | Local complications of intramuscular injection into the shoulder and upper arm have been reported, including axillary and radial nerve injury and SIRVA (shoulder injury related to vaccine administration). Currently, opportunities for intramuscular injection are increasing due to Covid-19 vaccines. In order to reduce the occurrence of complications after intramuscular injection, it is important to select an appropriate intramuscular injection method. We report a safe intramuscular injection site into the deltoid muscle based on its anatomical structure. |
