| Abstract | 「抄録」本研究は, 「父親の役割」という概念が現代ではどのように用いられているのかを明らかにし, その特徴と父親の役割獲得に向けた支援への概念活用の有用性について検討することを目的とした. CINAHL, PubMed, 医中誌Web, CiNii, Google scholarを使用し, キーワードを「Father」と「role」, 「父親」と「役割」としてそれぞれ検索した. 検索の結果, 45文献を対象とした. 属性は【歴史的社会変化への応答】【家族システムへの働きかけ】【父親としての葛藤の調整】【夫婦関係における寄り添いと協働】【父子関係おける主体的な関わりと責任】の5カテゴリーが導き出され, 先行要件は3カテゴリー, 帰結は5カテゴリーが導き出された. 「父親の役割」は≪家族システム内に存在する夫婦関係や父子関係に対し, 社会の要請にも応答しつつ, 父親として葛藤しながらも責任を持って主体的に関わり続ける≫と定義づけられ, この定義は早期に父親の役割を獲得する支援に活用出来ると考えられた. |

| Abstract | [Abstract] The purpose of this concept analysis was to clarify the concept of "father's role" by reviewing the literature and examining its characteristics. Using PubMed, CINAHL, Ichushi-Web and Google as data sources, a search was conducted using the key words "father" and "role", restrictions to father's role in childhood disability or illness. A total of 45 articles related to the father's role were selected, and a concept analysis was performed with reference to Rodgers's technique. The analysis classified three antecedents, five consequences and five attributes as "response to historical changes in social norms", "encouragement for family structure", "adjustment of conflict as father", "intimating and co-parenting in the couple", "responsibility and involvement in the relationship of father-child". The father's role was defined as follows: "Keeping on involvement at each level within the family structure, with responsibilities even when struggling as a father and, at the same time, responding to broader societal demands". This definition could be used to support the acquisition of the father's role early. |
