| Abstract | 「抄録」学童期の子どもをもつ女性看護師の就業継続を妨げる要因を明らかにするため, 半構造化面接法で得られた13名の語りを質的帰納的に分析した. 結果【利用対象から外れ, 希望の制度を利用できない職場】【必要十分な子育て時間を確保できない職場】【働き続けようという気持ちを掻き立てられない職場】【管理職への打診を受けて感じた自分の限界】【容易に再就職可能な職業特性】【周囲の支援に頼るくらいなら自分で子どもをみたいという思い】【小学生の子どもを軸にした生活にしたいという思い】【仕事と子育てを両立するなかで生じる心身の疲労】【利用しづらい社会資源】の9カテゴリーを抽出した. 「働きやすさ」を実感できる職場づくり, 管理的役割を担いながらの仕事を肯定的に捉えられるキャリア支援, 組織コミットメントの向上, 再就職先として選択してもらえる支援体制整備, 勤務に見合った社会資源の重要性の発信, に取り組む必要性が考えられた. |

| Abstract | [Abstract] The narratives of 13 nurses approached by the semi-structured interviews were qualitatively and inductively analyzed to clarify the factors preventing female nurses with school-age children from continuing work. As a result, there were extracted the following 9 categories: [Workplace which is not available to use the desired childcare-support system due to out of application], [Workplace that does not allow nurses to have enough time for raising their children], [Workplace which can't sufficiently motivate nurses to continue working], [Feeling of limits to continue work as suggested to be a manager], [Occupational characteristics of easy reemployment], [Intension to take care of children herself rather than rely on others for support], [Intension to make a life centered around their school-age children], [Physical and mental fatigue that occurs while balancing work and child-rearing], [Social resources that is difficult to use]. There is, thus, an urgent need to create a workplace that supports "ease of work," and enables a career that allows for positive management of both work and parenting. It is also important to improve organizational commitment, establish an effective support system that aids reemployment, and send social resources suitable for work. |
