| Abstract | 「1. はじめに」頭頸部癌の治療方法には, 手術, 薬物療法, 免疫療法, 放射線療法, 緩和ケアがある. 治療方法にかかわらず, 適切な口腔管理, 口腔衛生を良好に維持することで, 口腔内合併症の低下および, 治療完遂, QOLの向上に結びつく. がん治療を安全に遂行するには, がん種問わず, 口腔管理は欠かせない. がん治療における口腔管理のポイントは, 「口腔内を清潔に保つ」「粘膜に傷をつけない」「保湿する」ことである. がん治療前より, 患者および家族が口腔管理の意義, 手技について理解すること, 医療者も患者の口腔内に気を配り, 多職種連携にて口腔管理を行うことが重要となる. 本稿では, がん治療全体における口腔管理の意義, 頭頸部癌化学放射線療法の際の口腔管理の流れについてまとめた. |
