| Abstract | 「要旨」目的: 急性期病院で働く看護師のフォロワーシップの構成概念を明らかにした. 方法: 18名の看護師に半構造化面接を行い, 内容分析の方法で分析した. 結果: 看護師のフォロワーシップは '管理者の迅速なリスクマネジメントを促進する', 'クリティカルな状態に対応した患者中心の看護ケアを追究する', '優れた行動特性を持つ', '刻々と変化する情報を管理者と共有する', '管理者に提案し変革を支援する', '管理者の方針に意見する', '刻々と変化する業務のマネジメントを迅速に補佐する', 'メンバーのメンタルヘルス改善に向けて行動する', 'メンバーの育成に貢献する', 'チーム内のコミュニケーションを促進する' であった. 結論: 看護師のフォロワーシップは, 管理者のリスクマネジメントを促進し, 専門職として患者中心のケアを追究する態度で, メンバーのメンタルヘルスや教育に積極的に関わり, 看護管理者のリーダーシップと協働していた. |

| Abstract | [Abstract] Purpose: To clarify the construct of nurses' followership in acute hospitals Method: In this study, a total of 18 nurses participated in a semi-structured interview and were analyzed using the qualitative content analysis method. Results: Nurses' followership is organized into 10 categories and 40 subcategories. These 10 categories are as follows: Encourage administrators to provide prompt risk management; Pursue patient-centered care for critical conditions; Have excellent behavioral characteristics; Share ever-changing information with administrators; Provide suggestions to administrators and help them change; Provide feedback on administrator's policies; Promptly assist in the management of ever-changing work; Improve the mental health of staff; Contribute to staff development; and Promote communication within the team. Conclusion: Nurses' followership promoted risk management by administrators to avoid crisis situations associated with patient safety. This study illustrated that follower nurses were actively involved in improving the mental health and education of staff while collaborating with nurse administrators. |
