| Abstract | 「要旨」【目的】夫婦のバースプランに対する満足度を明らかにする. 【方法】対象者はA科で出産前にバースプラン用紙に記入し, 経腟分娩をした夫婦10組であった. 出産後, 自作のアンケート用紙を用いてバースプランに対する満足度を調査した. アンケート結果を集計, 自由記載はコード, カテゴリー化し内容を分析した. 【結果】対象者は10名中8名が経産婦であった. 立ち会い分娩ができた産婦は6名であった. 6名全員がバースプランに沿って立ち会い分娩ができた. バースプランに沿った出産により満足が得られたのは, 夫5名, 妻7名であった. バースプランについての自由記載では, 「満足感のある出産」「父性の役割獲得」「夫婦の連帯感」など5カテゴリーが抽出された. 【結論】1. バースプランを活用し, 妊娠期から夫婦への教育的かかわりや支援を行うことは, 満足のいく出産に繋がる. 2. 緊急を要する事態などバースプランの優先ができなかった場合には, 分娩の振り返りを行い, 出産を肯定的に捉えられるようにするための支援を看護師は行う必要がある. 3. 出産後の育児に繋がるようにするためには, バースプランの内容を夫婦と医療者を含め検討していく必要がある. 以上より, 夫婦のバースプランに対する満足度には, 妻・夫と医療者の意識を高め一体感を持って出産に臨む事が影響している. |

| Abstract | [Abstract] [Purpose] The purpose of the research study was to clarify the awareness of and the degree of satisfaction with the birth plan for the couple. [Methods] Ten couples who filled out each birth plan form antenatally at A Hospital and underwent vaginal delivery were recruited in the study. Self-made questionnaires were used postnatally. Data were aggregated. Free descriptions with categorization were analyzed. [Results] Eight of 10 subjects were multiparas. Six parturients had their husbands present at their delivery. All of them did in accordance with their birth plans. Five husbands and seven wives were satisfied with childbirth according to their birth plans. In the free descriptions on the birth plans, five categories, including "childbirth with satisfaction", "husband's role attainment", and "couple's solidarity", were extracted. [Conclusion] 1. The support and educational involvement of medical professionals with the couple lead to satisfactory childbirth in accordance with their birth plan. 2. Nurses encourage the couple to think of childbirth positively after evaluating delivery when their birth plan cannot take priority under urgent situations. 3. It is necessary to consider the contents of a birth plan that can lead to child-rearing after childbirth with the participation of the couple and medical professionals. In conclusion, to raise the degree of satisfaction with a birth plan for the couple, it is important to approach childbirth with a sense of unity to enhance the awareness of the wife and husband and the medical professionals. |
