Abstract	「要旨」【目的】本研究の目的は, 精神看護学実習における精神疾患をもつ人の学生のイメージの文献検討を行うことで, 学生のイメージとその情報源, 教育方法の実際を考察し, 今後の教育介入の示唆を得るものである. 【方法】医学中央雑誌(WEB版)にて, 精神看護学実習でのイメージの変化に関する文献検索を行った. 【結果】過去10年間における9件の文献を対象に検討を行った. 精神疾患をもつ人に関する情報源は, テレビ・新聞などのマス・メディアで, その影響は強いものであった. 実習前の学生の精神疾患をもつ人のイメージは, 「怖い」「暴れる」「危険」などネガティブなものであった. 実習後の学生の精神疾患をもつ人のイメージは, 「明るい」「精神障害者は怖くない」「優しい」などであった. 実習での体験を通し, ポジティブなイメージに変化した. また, 教育方法の実際については, 精神看護学実習における対象者との接触体験の他, 講義や教員・実習指導者のサポートに関する内容であった. 【結論】精神看護学実習における学生の精神疾患をもつ人のイメージはネガティブなものが大多数であったが, 精神看護学実習で精神疾患をもつ人とかかわることでネガティブなイメージが払拭される傾向にあった. また, 精神疾患をもつ人のイメージの情報源として, テレビ・新聞などのマス・メディアの影響力が強いことが考えられた. 教育方法の実際として, 教員や実習指導者のサポートにより, 精神疾患をもつ人や精神看護学実習のイメージに大きな影響を及ぼすことが示唆された.

Abstract	[Abstract]【Purpose】 This study aims to perform a literature review on nursing students' images about people with mental illness in psychiatric nursing practice, to examine the students' images and their source of information, and obtain insights for future educational interventions. 【Methods】 In Ichushi Web, we searched for papers on changes of images in psychiatric nursing practice. 【Results】 We reviewed nine papers published in the past 10 years. The source of information about people with mental illness was mass media, such as television and newspapers, and the influence was strong. The images students had about people with mental illness were negative, such as "scary," "behaving violently," and "dangerous," before practical training. After practical training, the images that students had about people with mental illness were "cheerful," "the mentally disabled are not scary," and "gentle." They changed into positive images through the practical training experience. In addition, the actual educational methods were lectures and the support of the faculty and practical training instructors, in addition to contact experience with subjects in psychiatric nursing practice. 【Conclusion】 Students' images about people with mental illness were mostly negative before psychiatric nursing practice, but the negative images tended to be eliminated following interaction with people with mental illness via psychiatric nursing practice. In addition, the influence of mass media, such as television and newspapers, as the source of information of images about people with mental illness, was considered to be strong. It was suggested that the support of the faculty and practical training instructors, as an actual educational method, has a great influence on the images of people with mental illness and psychiatric nursing practice.
