Abstract	「要旨」不妊治療後の初産婦を対象とした妊娠期の母親役割獲得を促す集団における支援プログラムを開発・実施し, 支援プログラムの効果を明らかにすることで, 母親役割獲得に向けた妊娠期の支援プログラムの意義や支援方法を検討することを目的とした. 筆者らの先行研究により明らかになった, 不妊治療後の妊婦の母親役割獲得に向けた妊娠期に必要とされる支援内容である, (1)正常な妊娠経過を維持できるよう支援する, (2)不妊治療後の妊娠であることに関する特別な思いを受けとめる, (3)妊娠の受けとめ方を確認し, 妊婦としての自己形成を促す, (4)妊婦仲間が作れるような関わりをする, (5)児や育児に関心を持ち, 母親になる心身の準備を促す, の5つを基盤とし, 「不妊治療後の初産婦への母親役割獲得に向けた集団での支援プログラム」を考案し, 不妊治療に力を入れているA診療所にて実施した. 支援プログラムは, 妊娠期3回であり, 妊娠についての思いの整理と共有, 胎児とのコミュニケーション, 理想の出産に向けてできることを考えるなどの内容であり, 演習やグループワークの手法を用いて実施した. 評価として各回終了後に質問紙調査, 不妊治療後に妊娠し支援プログラムに参加した初産婦と助産師に面接調査を実施した. 不妊治療後に妊娠し支援プログラムに3回通して参加した初産婦11名から【妊婦友だちとの関わりで肯定的な影響を受けた】【児や育児への現実的な想像ができた】【不妊体験を思い出し語れた】などの評価を得た. 不妊治療後の初産婦にとって, 妊婦同士の交流を促す支援, 妊婦同士で思いの共有を促す支援, 児や育児への現実的な想像を促す支援は重要であり, 五感への働きかけ, 自ら参加するプログラム内容という支援プログラムの提供方法は, 効果的であると考えられた.

Abstract	[Abstract] The purpose is to study the significance of the support program and support methods during the gestation period aiming to obtain mother roles. The study is carried out by developing and practicing a group support program for post-fertility treatment primiparas and illustrating the effect of the program. I formulated the "group support program what was revealed by the authors of the previous study during gestation period to encourage post-fertility treatment primiparas to obtain mother roles" and practiced it at Clinic A that focuses on fertility treatment. The program is based on the following five contents: 1. Support the maintenance of normal course of pregnancy, 2. Understand the special feelings for the pregnancy after fertility treatment, 3. Check the attitude toward pregnancy and facilitate self-forming as an expectant mother, 4. Play an encouraging role for the participants to bond, 5. Prompt physical and mental preparation to be a mother with an interest toward children and parenting. These are evident support contents needed in the gestation period in order for post-fertility treatment primiparas to obtain mother roles. The support program was carried out three times during the gestation period using exercise and group work method. It consists of sorting out and sharing the feelings toward pregnancy, communication with a fetus and reflection on things to do for an ideal child birth. Evaluations, carried out at the end of each session, are based on a questionnaire and an interview with obstetricians and primiparas who became pregnant after fertility treatment and participated in the program. I received some comments such as "I was positively influenced by communicating with other pregnant women.", "I was able to have a realistic image of children and parenting." and "I was able to talk about my infertility experience." from 11 primiparas who became pregnant after fertility treatment and participated in the support program three times through. I think the support to which an exchange between the pregnant women is suggested, the support to which concerned sharing is suggested between the pregnant women and the support to which realistic imagination of the newborn and child care is suggested were important, and it was thought that the offer method of the support program which did an approach to the five senses and the program with which I participate was effective for post-fertility treatment primiparas.
