| Abstract | 「POINT」(1)胸部CTはCOVID-19肺炎の診断や, 治療経過のフォローアップの上で有用である (2)COVID-19肺炎の胸部CTの典型像は, 両側性・非区域性の分布を示す末梢優位のすりガラス影である (3)胸部単純X線写真による軽症COVID-19肺炎の検出は困難であるが, 重症例の管理の上では胸部単純X線写真は有用とする報告がある 「はじめに」本稿執筆時点(2020年7月末)では, 感染の第2波が迫る中, 各医療機関においても, 新型コロナウイルス感染症(以下, COVID-19)の感染者あるいは疑い症例が増加している. 日本医学放射線学会が2020年3月より実施している「ウイルス性肺炎画像診断サーベイランス」においても, 全国の新規感染者数の増加傾向とほぼ平行して, 本年7月から, 胸部コンピュータ断層撮影(以下, 胸部CT)でウイルス性肺炎を疑う症例数は増加している. |
