| Abstract | 「抄録」 目的 : 本研究の目的は重回帰分析を用いて生活支障尺度の下位尺度と認知機能, 日常生活動作(ADL), BPSDなどの関連を明らかにすることである. 方法 : 3か所の介護老人保健施設に入所している高齢者において認知症と診断された高齢者, または認知症高齢者の日常生活自立度II以上と評価されている高齢者で研究協力の同意が得られた者とした. 対象者は男性53名(25.1%), 女性158名(74.9%), 合計211名であった. 結果 : 年齢の平均は86.7(±7.0)歳, 要介護度の平均は3.8(±1.3), MMSEは9.0(±8.9)であった. 生活支障尺度の下位尺度はADL, NPI, BPSD治療薬が有意な関連要因であった. 結論 : 本研究の結果から生活支障は認知機能, ADLやBPSD, BPSD治療薬との関係が示唆され, これらの関係を含めて早期認知症の段階から高齢者の生活上のトラブルを解決する必要性が示唆された. |

| Abstract | [Abstract] Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the life-trouble scale subscale and cognitive functioning, activities of daily living (ADL), and behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) in elderly residents of geriatric health facilities.. Method: The subjects of this study were elderly people living in geriatric health services facilities whose life independence was evaluated as degree II or more, who had a diagnosis of dementia, and who provided agreement to participate in this study. Results: The subjects included 53 men (21.14%) and 158 women (74.9%). The mean age was 86.7 (+-7.0) years, the mean degree of need for nursing care was 3.8 (+-1.3) years, and the mean Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE) score was 9.0 (+-8.9). The relationships were examined using multiple regression analysis It was found that the subscale of the Life-trouble scale had a significant relationship with cognitive functioning, ADL, and BPSD. Conclusion: The results suggested that life trouble is related to cognitive functioning, ADL, and BPSD in patients of dementia. Life trouble is also linked to use of the BPSD therapeutic drug. It was indicated that it is necessary to resolve life trouble for elderly residents with dementia in the early stages of the disorder. |
