Abstract | 「緒言」2019年12月に中国武漢市で蔓延した新型コロナウイルス感染症(coronavirus disease 2019;COVID-19)は中国のみならず全世界に拡大し, 2021年4月時点で全世界での感染者数が1億4千万人を超えた. このパンデミックの中, 妊婦や新生児への感染例も増加し, 周産期領域における知見も徐々に蓄積されてきた. 本稿ではCOVID-19感染の妊婦での特徴, 分娩様式や胎児への影響, 妊娠中のmessenger RNA(mRNA)ワクチン接種の影響, 今後も続くCOVID-19時代の産科麻酔について, 現存するエビデンスを基に展望を述べる. なお, 本稿は2020年12月〜2021年1月に開催された日本産科麻酔学会第1回ウェブセミナーの要約であるが, COVID-19の知見は日々刷新されているため, 2021年4月現在までの知見に基づく内容にアップデートした. したがって上記セミナーの講演内容とは異なる点も多い. |
