Abstract | 抄録: 第16章「消化管アレルギーとその関連疾患」では新生児・乳児食物蛋白誘発胃腸症, 好酸球性消化管疾患, グルテン過敏性腸症について記載している. JPGFA2016の発刊後, わが国では厚生労働省研究班が中心となって作成された新生児・乳児食物蛋白誘発胃腸症と好酸球性消化管疾患の診療ガイドラインが発表され, 国際的には新生児・乳児食物蛋白誘発胃腸症に含まれるfood protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome(FPIES)のガイドラインが公開された. 今回の第16章は公開されている各ガイドラインで注目されている部分を中心に内容を更新し, わが国の診療での現状も鑑みて作成された. 本解説では日本の臨床の現状も踏まえ, 前回のガイドラインであるJPGFA2016からの変更点, および新たに追加された情報について説明する. |

Abstract | Summary: Gastrointestinal food allergies and related diseases, including non-IgE-mediated gastrointestinal food allergies (non-IgE-GIFAs), eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders (EGIDs), and gluten-sensitive enteropathy, are described in Chapter 16 of the 2021 Japanese Guidelines for Food Allergy (JGFA). These are based mainly on two recently published Japanese guidelines for non-IgE-GIFAs and EGIDs, and international consensus guidelines for a non-IgE-GIFA, food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome. Herein, the modifications from the previous guidelines, JPGFA2016, and the new information added have been explained in consideration of the current state of clinical practice in Japan. |
