| Abstract | 「抄録」本研究は, 医療施設におけるきょうだい支援プログラム構築の第一段階として, 小児がんの子ども (以下, 同胞) のきょうだいに関する現状と課題を明らかにし, 支援について考察することを目的に, データベース (MEDLINE, CINHAL) を用いて海外研究の文献検索を行い, 30件の英語文献を分析対象とした. 記述内容は【情緒的・行動的な反応】【きょうだいと家族のニーズ】【ソーシャル・サポート】【治療的・教育的な介入】【きょうだいドナーへの支援】の5つに分類された. きょうだいは, 長期的な影響を受け, 年齢・性別による反応の違いがあった. サマーキャンプなどの【ソーシャル・サポート】や, 【治療的・教育的な介入】による有益な効果が明らかにされた. 今後の課題として, より適切な時期にきょうだいに必要な情報を提供すること, きょうだいドナーになることを自ら意思決定し, 参加できるような支援の必要性が示唆された. |
