| Abstract | 「抄録」:本研究は, 看護系女子大学生のプレコンセプションケアに関する知識と実践の実態を明らかにすることを目的とした. 本研究における質問紙調査の結果から, アルバイトの実施, 一人暮らしなど, 大学生特有の環境要因がプレコンセプションケアの実践に影響することが明らかとなった. また, 今後のプレコンセプションケアに関する教育・啓発の内容として, 本研究結果を基とすると「妊孕性の低下による妊娠への影響について」や「葉酸摂取について」, 「子宮頸がんの予防について」が特に重要であることが示唆された. 今後は対象者に看護系以外の大学生や男子大学生, 高校生, 社会人も含めるなど, 対象を拡大して調査をすることで, 他世代間での比較を行い, それぞれの世代に合わせたプレコンセプションケアの教育・啓発についても検討する必要がある. |

| Abstract | [Abstracts]: The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge and practices of preconception care among female nursing university students. The survey results revealed that specific environmental factors unique to university life, such as working part-time and living alone, influence preconception care practices. The study highlights the need for future education and awareness efforts on preconception care to emphasize the impact of reduced fertility on pregnancy, the importance of folic acid intake, and prevention of cervical cancer. It will be necessary to expand the survey to include university students in non-nursing fields, male university students, high school students, and working adults. This expansion will facilitate intergenerational comparisons and the development of preconception care education and awareness activities for each age group. |
