Abstract	「要旨」小児看護においては子どもと家族を中心としたケアが重要であるため, 看護師は, 子どものケアを行うだけではなく家族を支援する必要がある. 家族を支援する意義は, 家族機能の維持・向上にあるため, 看護師は, 家族機能を維持・向上する家族支援を理解し, 実践する必要がある. 本研究では, 入院中の病児をもつ家族の家族機能に関する医学・看護学領域の文献を検討し, 家族機能の維持・向上に寄与する家族支援を明らかにすることを目的とした. 医中誌Webを利用して, 「1946年以前」から「2019年」の原著論文を検索した. その結果, 対象文献は8本で, これらを内容分析したところ, 【家族と家族環境の関係の把握と調整】【家族が過ごしやすい病棟環境の整備】【ファミリーハウスの機能の拡充】【病児の父親支援】【家族のセルフケア支援】【安心して病児を預けられる看護体制の構築】【家族への説明と情報提供】【病児の入院に伴う心配事への相談支援】【家族への精神的支援】【夫婦関係への支援】の10の家族支援が明らかになった. 論文数は少ないため, 今後, 知見の蓄積が必要である. 看護師は, 本研究で明らかになった10の家族支援を組み合わせて家族を支援することで, 入院中の病児をもつ家族の家族機能の維持・向上に寄与することが求められる.

Abstract	Since it is important to put a priority on children and their families in pediatric nursing care, nurses are required to not only provide nursing care for children, but also support their families. Since such support is provided to maintain and improve their family functioning, nurses should understand the importance of family support provided to maintain and improve family functioning in clinical practice. This study aimed to clarify the family support provided to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of family functioning by discussing references in medical/nursing care fields related to family functioning in the families with hospitalized children. Using a search system, "Ichushi-Web," we searched original papers published from before 1946 to 2019. As a result, 8 references were analyzed and 10 types of family support were found: "understanding and arrangement of a relationship between family and family environment," "preparation of ward environment where families can stay without discomfort," "upgrading and expanding family house functions," "support for fathers with hospitalized children," "support for self-care of families," "establishment of a nursing care system to enable safe hospitalization of hospitalized children," "explanation and delivery of information to families," "support of consultation about concerns related to the hospitalization of children," "mental support for families," and "support for the marital relationships of parents." Since the number of papers are relatively few, accumulation of scientific knowledge will be necessary. Nurses are required to contribute to maintain and improve family functioning of families with hospitalized children by supporting such families with a combination of these types of support.
