Abstract	「要旨」「目的」 : 医療処置を必要とする患者が在宅療養生活を築いていくプロセスを明らかにする. 「方法」 : 在宅療養者6名に半構造的インタビューを行い, 分析はグランデッド・セオリー・アプローチを用いた. 「結果」 : 対象は, 《絶望の中での先行きの選択》を《家族の負担になりたくない思い》や《未体験の医療処置を在宅で行う決意》により決定していた. 《病者として生きる場を編み出す苦悶》や《不確実な支援者頼りの生活のもどかしさ》等の苦悩体験を自らの糧として, 【現状打破への踏み出し】を行い, 《自分でできることの実行》に努めることで, 《他者との関わりを持ちたい気持ちの芽生え》, 《他者に支えられての自分の取り戻し》, 《人の役に立ちたい思いの芽生え》という変化が生じていた. 「結論」 : 対象が【現状打破への踏み出し】を行えるよう, 支援者は病いと共生できる療養生活を築くパートナーとしての関係を基に, 療養者が一人の人間として自己実現できるような支援の必要性が示唆された.

Abstract	[Abstract] [Purpose :] The purpose of this study is to clarify the process of building a home care life for patients with medical procedures. [Methods :] As a method of study, we conducted semi-structural interviews with 6 home care recipients and used the Grounded Theory Approach for analysis. [Result :] The subject had decided on the <choice of future in despair> due to the <desire not to be a burden on the family> and the <determination to perform untested medical procedures at home>. The subject used the agonizing experience of <the anguish of finding a place to live as a sick person> and <the frustration of living a life dependent on uncertain supporters> as sustenance for themselves, and took [steps to break the status quo]. By striving to <do what they can do by themselves>, they experienced a change in their feelings, such as <a budding desire to be involved with others>, <regaining herself with the support of others>, and <a budding desire to help others>. [Conclusion :] It was suggested that supporters need to provide support to help the patient achieve self-realization as an individual, based on a relationship as a partner in building a treatment life in which the patient can live with the disease, so that the patient can [step out to break the status quo].
