Abstract | 「抄録」周産期喪失における看護支援の課題と展望を明らかにする目的で文献検討を行った. 対象文献は18件で, 周産期喪失での死別ケアにおける看護者の困難感, 死別ケアにおける看護者の困難感をもたらす要因, 死別ケアにおける看護者の二次受傷リスク, よりよい死別ケアのために看護者が求める支援の4カテゴリに分類された. 周産期喪失ケアにおける看護の課題として, 看護者は児を亡くした両親への感情的なかかわりに困難感を抱き, 看護者自身のセルフケアに苦慮していること, ケアリング行動がもたらす共感疲労や構造的・人的支援・死別ケア教育の問題があることが明らかになった. その課題に対する展望として, ケアリング理論の導入並びに看護者への教育的継続支援によってケアの質向上に寄与できると考えられる. |
