Abstract	我々は, 検査・医療処置等をうける小児向けのタブレット端末用コンテンツを開発し, 試用している. 本報告の目的は, 開発したコンテンツを用いてプレパレーションを行った小児の反応を看護師と保護者の認識を通じて明らかにし, この方法に対する評価を得ることである. 看護師・保護者に行った質問紙調査のうち, 自由記述回答「検査などが施行された日の子どもの反応からの気づき」をテキストマイニングにより分析した. 看護師116名, 保護者133名からテキストデータを得た. 単語頻度解析では, 看護師・保護者共に「子ども」「見る」「iPad」「泣く」など類似した単語が上位に抽出された. 看護師の特徴語抽出では, 5・6歳児では2歳児, 3・4歳児には出現しなかった「嫌がる+ない」「動く+ない」等の語が上位に抽出された. 評判分析では, 看護師・保護者共に今回のプレパレーションを好意的に評価していたが, 看護師からは実施タイミングの難しさ等の不評語も示された. この新しいコンテンツを用いたプレパレーションは, 小児の対処行動, 自制的な行動の発揮に貢献すると考えられた.

Abstract	The authors' team developed a tablet application for the purpose of preparing preschool children for medical examinations and procedures, and has been using it on a trial basis. The purpose of this study was to examine how children reacted to the experience of being prepared with the app., as observed by surrounding adults, and how well the application was rated by the same. A post-preparation questionnaire survey was conducted with nurses and parents and a text mining analysis was performed using data collected from a total of 249 (116 by nurses and 133 by parents) free description answers to a question asking what they observed in the child's reaction on the day he/she was prepared. The most frequently used words were "child", "see", "iPad" and "cry", with little difference observed between parents and nurses. "Unwilling + not", and "move+not" were extracted as characteristic words used by nurses from observation of 5-6 years old. Both parents and nurses rated preparation with the app. favorably although some unfavorable comments were made by nurses such as difficulties in finding the right timing to use the tablet. The study suggests that this approach of preparing children would help them demonstrate their potential coping and self-controlling abilities.
