| Abstract | 「緒言」抗悪性腫瘍剤「エンハーツ(R) (一般名 : トラスツズマブ デルクステカン [遺伝子組換え], 以下「本剤」) は, 第一三共株式会社が創製・開発した, ヒト上皮増殖因子受容体2型 (Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Type 2 : HER2) に対するIgG1サブクラスのヒト化モノクローナル抗体とトポイソメラーゼI阻害作用を有するカンプトテシン誘導体を, ペプチド含有リンカーを介して結合させた抗体薬物複合体である. 本剤は, 化学療法による前治療を受けたHER2低発現の手術不能又は転移性乳がん患者を対象とした国際共同第III相臨床試験 (DESTINY-Breast04試験, DS8201-A-U303試験, NCT03734029) の結果に基づき, 「化学療法歴のあるHER2低発現の手術不能又は再発乳癌」に対する効能又は効果に係る国内製造販売承認事項一部変更承認を2023年3月に取得した. |
