Abstract | 「はじめに」われわれはステロイドやヒアルロン酸注射, 鎮痛剤の投薬といった保存治療を行った腱板断裂症例のMRI(magnetic resonance imaging)を初回から1年以上経過してから再検することでその変化を調査してきた. また, 筋力はハンドダイナモメーター(Micro-FET, Nihonmedix)を用いて, 肩甲骨面外転45°における外転筋力と下垂位における外旋筋力の等尺性筋力を定量的に計測している. 本稿では保存治療を行った腱板断裂症例の経過についてMRI所見や筋力を中心にまとめて, われわれのデータとともに述べる. 「1. 腱板断裂に対する保存治療における成績不良因子」腱板断裂は無症候性も多く, 症候性腱板断裂においても保存治療でしばしば疼痛の改善を認める. 腱板断裂に対する保存治療における成績不良因子の報告もいくつかある. |
